Return Policy:

Instruments:

Defective Instruments will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
Instruments may be returned with 30 days for store credit ONLY.  There is a $15 restocking fee.
Store credit must be used within 90 days.

Accessories:

Accessory items of the "wrong size or type" may be exchanged if unopened within 30 days and with the original receipt.  Difference in price, if any, will be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
Opened items in "New"condition may be returned for store credit only.  These items will be assessed a $15 restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Accessories:

Cleaning and care products
Any liquid product
Rosin
Strings
Drum Heads
Drum sticks
Harmonicas or Chanters
Pitch pipes
Ear plugs

Sheet Music, Books, and Software:

Method books may be exchanged for the correct title only with the original receipt and in "New"condition.  Difference in price, if any, will be refunded.
Sheet music, books, and software CAN NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Layaways:

Layaway terms are for 90 Days
15% down is required for layaways.
Any cancelled layaway within the allotted 90 days will receive store credit minus a $15 restocking fee.
There will be NO refunds for layaways.

Outlet Merchandise:

Outlet merchandise is non-returnable.

Store credit must be used within 90 days.
There will be no cash refunds for any reason.
