Defective Instruments will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Instruments may be returned with 15 days for store credit ONLY.

ACCESSORIES
Accessory items of the "wrong size or type" may be exchanged if unopened within 15 days and with the original receipt. Difference in price, if any, will be refunded. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. Opened items in "New" condition may be returned for store credit only.

SHEET MUSIC, BOOKS, AND SOFTWARE
Music books CAN NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason. Method books can be exchanged for the correct instrument or title if return is unmarked with original receipt.

LAYAWAYS
Layaway terms are for 90 Days
15% down is required for layaways.
Any cancelled layaway within the allotted 90 days will have a $15 restocking fee, any layaway cancelled after the 90 days will have a 15% restocking fee.

OUTLET MERCHANDISE
Outlet merchandise is non-returnable.
There will be no cash refunds for any reason.
Non-stock special orders will have a 15% re-stocking fee
